Course objectives:
The intention of this conference is to bring together a broad cross-section of stakeholders to review the current status and future directions of the various initiatives which are in place to improve communication with consumers on various aspects of health and nutrition. The theme will be scientific substantiation and the scientific basis for the various activities will be highlighted.

Target audience:
GPs, consultants, dieticians, nutritionists and other healthcare practitioners. It will also be of interest to key stakeholders including food and ingredient companies, retailers, and importantly, academics and students active in the field of nutrition and health.
