The 12th Bill Owen Oesophago-Gastric Symposium will provide an international expert faculty to guide participants through discussions and video presentations on the optimal use of mechanical staplers as well as personal preferences for either stapling or hand sewing of the difficult oesophago-gastric anastomoses.
