Course objectives:
To facilitate the development of knowledge and understanding of the impact radiobiological issues have on radiotherapy. To facilitate critical reflection of the impact of these issues upon working practices, patient management and the service.
Target audience:
The normal entry requirement to this programme will be that the applicant works in radiotherapy & oncology or related health care setting and has: A degree in therapeutic radiography / Diploma of the College of Radiographers (T) or has evidence of equivalent study in therapeutic radiography. Or Health Care degree etc./ A minimum of one- year post-qualification clinical experience./For international applicants IELTS 6.5 (or TOEFL equivalent 575 / 232)./ Can satisfy the course leader of their ability to complete the proposed pathway of study.
