This Degree Module can be taken as free standing or integrated into a programme of study This is an inter-disciplinary module developed in partnership with NHS Education for Scotland and the Dermatology Council for Scotland and it is suitable for health care professionals with an interest in Dermatology. For clinicians entering general practice who would like to develop an interest in dermatology, and those trainees in general medicine who have chose a future career in dermatology, this course will provide an excellent foundation on which to build further specialist training. The understanding and knowledge gained from this Module may also enhance or augment learning from other courses or clinical practice e.g. non-medical independent and supplementary prescribing in this area.
